No purchase is necessary. Prize drawing(s) will be selected by random drawing once a week. Personal information will not be used or sold for any other purpose. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents. Winner(s) will be notified by email. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, Van Wyk Confections reserves the right to determine an alternate winner.

BY participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant Van Wyk Confections exclusive permission to use their names, in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waives any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.

Van Wyk Confections reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason, determined soley at the discretion of Van Wyk Confections. The value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes, related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which is not specifically provided for in the Official Rules.
